Ramadan Kareem Katherine,

Thanks for visiting. I'll have a look at it, I feel like getting this message out is really very important. On this 4th day of Ramadan, I really was able to enjoy the feeling of not eating or drinking. It's nice to be in charge of my body rather than to let my body be in charge of me. During the day I went out and rode the horse for quite a long time and as I heard her belly rumbling, I think mine answered. Today we were in better sync than we have been before. I'm also syncing up with my inner timetable. I enjoy waking up early, working, then spending some time mid afternoon enjoying being alive, then at about five, my body wants to shut down, so I let it, and take a nap until the sun is down, then I wake and water has never tasted so good. I eat with the family, tonight we had a Coconut cream pie, plus rice, red curry, and chicken. After that I work until about 1am. Then out to my tent to sleep. I've always enjoyed early mornings and late nights but have always felt like I have to choose, Ramadan is giving me a schedule that actually works for me. I get the most productive times to work, the best part of the day to enjoy, and as much sleep as I need. I love Ramadan.

Hi Vago, thank you so much for these posts and for your e-book. Have you thought about making your e-book available on Scribd.com, too? I posted a few things there a few months ago and found it's a great way to share writings with others. Many blessings, Katherine
